The Bible proves that conservative Christians are hypocrites on environmental issues.
As promised, we’ll continue our political hypocrisy on both sides of the spectrum. In this case, environmental “climate change”. If conservatives want to uphold the moral standards and traditions of the bible or whatever religion they believe, they should be sure they themselves are crossing their I’s and dotting their T’s. This is also the beautiful thing about religion and spiritual systems. When someone breaks a rule or goes against it’s principles you can call them out. It gives a great framework to establish boundaries that are needed in society. Our vices are nothing new which is why civilizations across the world implemented religion in the first place, to maintain order. Conservaties, put down the American pie and try some humble pie for once, it’s not as bad as you think it is. Here’s how the bible proves that conservative Christians are hypocrites on environmental issues.
“A Bear was once bragging about his generous feelings, and saying how refined he was compared with other animals. (There is, in fact, a tradition that a Bear will never touch a dead body.) A Fox, who heard him talking in this strain, smiled and said, ‘My friend, when you are hungry, I only wish you ‘would’ confine your attention to the dead and leave the living alone.’”
“A hypocrite deceives no one but himself.”

How else would you know when you’re being led astray or going down the wrong path? Many people reject the bible for being told that were all born with sin, and we perish for a lack of knowledge. A famous man once said, “the easiest person to fool is yourself”. Perhaps conservative Christians are too busy focusing on Trump, lacing up themselves by the bootstraps, and memorizing the constitution word for word to read their bible. The following bible verses stem from an article titled 7 bible verses about taking care of the earth.
Genesis 2:15 “The lord god took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work it and keep it”
The Garden can symbolize a forest, rural land, anything involving nature and greenery. In fact Bruce Lipton, most famous for his biology of belief, informs us that the Garden is the highest form of harmony and organization in the world. The eco system. Disrupting it for profit and gain is about as anti bible as it gets right? The bible consistently speaks on not selling our soul for riches, and the wages of sin being death. Furthermore, our sand talk review by austrailian indigenous author reminds us to “be like our place”, not to destroy and rebuild nature for our profit. In sand talk we’re told to be custodians of the earth. Would you go over someone house and start rebuilding everything and sell it and keep the profit, or just leave a complete mess. In hebrew to keep it means more than just neat but to keep it tidy, to guard and protect according to the article. Conservative Christians have yet to speak against the capitalistic desire at the expense of nature. Sure there are some nature preserves and national parks but that’s not enough.
Proverbs 12:10 “whoever is righteous has regard for the life of his beast, but the mercy of the wicked is cruel”
Deforestation for condos and mansions are at the expense of animals but more than that. According to Our Covid 19:great reset book review, viruses are contained in nature, yet according to zoononics the deforestation spreads these viruses closer and closer to the cities to infect and spread the general population. Furthermore, on a deeper level the quote tells us, that we care more about humans than animals. The bible tells us “thou shall not kill”, it doesn’t say thou shall not kill humans, it’s thou shall not kill period. We jail and house murderers and rapists and send animals to inhumane slaughter houses. Mercy for the wicked is cruel indeed.
Crispin Odey, one of the biggest donors to Boris Johnson’s Conservative party, has invested in a Brazilian company linked to deforestation in the Amazon, the Guardian can reveal.

Psalm 24:1 “a psalm of David. The earth is the Lords’s and the fullness thereof, the world and those who dwell therein”
Interesting how natives and indigenous cultures have more understanding of the earth not being there’s. Just because someone colonized an area of land and put a price on it, doesn’t make it theirs. At least according to the bible. Perhaps conservatives may want to implement some spiritual capitalism to keep up modern times. Aboriginal cultures teaches us to be custodians of nature, custodians don’t own the damn building but they aren’t destroying it either.
In conclusion, without debate science and climate change, conservative Christians can still use their bible on who to improve their relationship with the earth. If the bible is the key of life to get into heaven, then use the key as a janitor would and stop destroying the earth.
