Spiritual Guru His Holiness Dali Lama attempts to kiss boy, and the hypocrisy of the entire world follows.
Unless you’ve been living under a rock meditating, you’re familiar with the story of the Dali Lama attempting to kiss a young boy and then asking him to suck his tongue. The cringeworthy and disgusting video is definitely hard to watch but it is on youtube. Becoming another echo chamber for protecting children and dismissing spiritual leaders would be pointless. Instead, I want to focus on the average person, YOU..The Internet is the worlds projecting garbage disposal, a soundboard for confirmation bias. As we’ve tracked the decline of religion and church attendance on this site, it we knew it would be a matter of time before the; “See this is why i don’t follow religion, spirituality, etc “Or This is why you shouldn’t raise and worship humans as GOD or as Leaders”…In a capitalistic idol-worship society, this is the height of hypocrisy. His Holiness Dali Lama attempts to kiss a young boy, and the hypocrisy of the entire world follows.

Very few sites have as much content on Idol worship as our blog site. It is an issue that we’ve been raising awareness on for several years consistently. Social media, pop culture, sports, music, and entertainment are all about idol worship. People dress up as characters at Comic-Con, on the weekends, hell maybe even at work. People are still using social media now just as much as during the lockdown. Movie theaters are still selling out, taylor swift and Beyonce have people selling their homes just for tickets. And people have the nerve to tell us that we shouldn’t trust gurus and spiritual leaders. This is not to absolve them of any illegal and sexually explicit activities but it’s a call for people to keep the same energy.
The Dalai Lama apologizes for asking a young boy to suck his tongue
But the truth is, it’s too difficult to keep the same energy. Pointing out gurus’ and spiritual leaders’ flaws is the path of least resistance as it allows you to justify your hesitancy on going down YOUR OWN spiritual path. You then project this onto social media and temporarily feel better about not facing your own demons. Sure spiritual leaders are adored and beloved by the world for renouncing the world and being the light of hope. Therefore it’s understandable to be somewhat disappointed and upset at the Dali Lama for trying to kiss a young boy. However, his body is still human, just like anyone else’s making him tempted to become a victim of his lower self.
In conclusion, I challenge you to check ALL your idols in your mind and soul. Do you realize they’re human also? Capable of sin? Or will you continue to live in the fantasy that your mind and Hollywood continue to create? Do you have the courage to drop all idols, fast from entertainment even for a few hours? The average screen time is 7 hours per day roughly. Yet, the average person gets less than 7 hours of sleep. We don’t love ourselves, we love entertaining ourselves.
