Believe in Trump or Jesus? Donald Trump’s idol-worshipping cult has a hypnotic Charles Manson effect as a follower breaks into the FBI Cincinnati building
Cults are no longer hidden away from mainstream society, tucked away in the underbelly of the average person’s eyes. They’re on live mainstream t.v., voting ballots, at your local church, or hosting rallies in nearby cities. Cult leaders aren’t wearing strange handmade dresses or believe in strange unexplainable phenomena that would automatically make them outcasts in the everyday world. The cults of today are the new political parties; specifically, Donald Trump is the cult leader for the Republican party. No strange outfits, just business suits, no strange beliefs, just far-right Christian ideology. Are you in a cult and don’t know it? Donald Trump’s idol-worshipping cult has a hypnotic Charles Manson effect as a follower breaks into the FBI Cincinnati building.
As long as the Trump Idol worship cult is thriving, we don’t have to worry about drones and robots being an existential threat to humanity. Once someone is a part of a cult, usually they don’t know it, but they’re a human drone. As we’ve covered in our Cult of Trump book review, the B.I.T.E. model is the foundation of how people are under mind control in cults. Controlling a person’s Behavior, Information, thoughts, and emotions. You have to realize that Trump didn’t personally instruct the now deceased man who broke into the Cincinnati FBI office to do that. He did it out of loyalty to his cult leader.
Also, Can we expect more copycat acts in the future?
“Cialdini writes that “”we determine what is correct by finding out what other people think is correct.”” Especially if there is uncertainty, people, like, sheep, will follow the herd. It is based on our anciet instincts for survivial- if everyone is eating this berry, it’s probably a safe berry to eat.””
Social proof chapter of the cult of Trump book
But are these actions Christlike? Is this what Jesus preached? Or are Trump supporters using confirmation bias to think Jesus overturning the tables and storming the capital is the same thing? Are Trump supporters believers in Christ or just in Trump? Being in a cult means you have placed another God above the God of the bible. The early Christians didn’t vote and participated in politics. Trump supporters are just as emotional and irrational as their liberal counterparts; you become who you hate.
You can’t serve two masters simultaneously; you can’t believe in Trump AND Jesus; you must pick one. Trump or Jesus? If you follow the commandments of the Apprentice, you must be accountable for your actions. However, if you choose to follow Christ but support Trump as a candidate, we must see the fruits of your good deeds. Starting with remorse and forgiveness. The lack of conservative Christian remorse for fellow Trump supporters shows support for those who stormed the capital. This brings us to our last point. Hypocrisy.
There is nothing wrong with supporting the good cops; blue lives matter flags. However, we people from an opposing party, a person of color who experiences injustice at the hands of the police, conservative Christians want to support the police 100%, as if they’re never at fault. But when the injustice is done to them by the police or, in this case, the FBI, they not only play the victim but feel entitled and inspired to run into the FBI office with a loaded weapon.
In conclusion, realize that if you’re an extreme supporter of anything political or progressive, you’re more than likely in a cult. You may haven’t attended any meetings, but internet access through the phone is more than enough to indoctrinate you. Don’t take everything personally and learn healthy ways to detach as an Independent thinker. So who will it be Trump supporters? Trump or Jesus?
