AI used to predict the next coronavirus should scare you
Predict is a politically correct term for prophecy. Yet prophecy requires faith in things that aren’t yet seen. Our ability to search for answers is being taken away for the sake of comfort. What are scientists and data experts insinuating when claiming A.I. can predict the next coronavirus.?
Usually, films portray robots as the villains we should fear. But the way things are going we may elect a robot dictator or president in the near future. As our faith in A.I. grows, so does our belief in the natural decreases.
Trusting the process and faith in the unseen is what develops true confidence. For if all the answers to life’s riddles were easily available what would be the point in living.? If there is nothing to live for and A.I. is footing the bill, all hell will break loose. Unless everyone becomes a yogi or a monk.
Robots/A.I. doesn’t have to practice social distancing.
A recent BBC study in which an algorithm is used to detect where the next coronavirus may occur. We won’t discuss the particulars of the study but rather the social engineering aspect of it. However, this isn’t the first time we told our readers about the growing faith in technology.
We told our resonators that 5G will perform more miracles than your pastor ever would. Cell phone addiction is a problem that we didn’t see coming, things will get worse with our relationship with A.I…
As anxiety is at its highest it’s ever been despite the world being the safest its been. This is bigger than A.I..The more of our complex problems A.I. can solve the more dependent we shall become..
The path of least resistance, catching covid, fear of failure, budget restrictions, are all potential barriers. Before it was the processed foods that made you dependent on pharmaceuticals for the cure. Now it will be A.I. solving the mental illness caused by technology addiction.
It may be easier to come up with algorithms to predict the next coronavirus than to get people to wear masks and social distance. If future studies show that poor minority communities are future targets of the next coronavirus will cities begin to enforce social distancing? How will the people respond?
The focus of A.I. shows the government’s lack of control over its citizens. The ecosystem is still being damaged daily in the name of capitalism and deforestation, which is spreading hosts of viruses. While A.I. being used to predict the next coronavirus seems like progress, it’s not. It’s actually a scapegoat to prevent solving how we got here.
Our obsession with progression never focuses on the cure…A.I. in this context may be marketed as prevention but it really isn’t. It’s half-assed because prevention would mean a reset of capitalism’s effect on the ecosystem. Our review of The Great reset book explains further.
In conclusion, Even if the scores are accurate in diagnosis, what is the potential risk for a misdiagnosis.? The more we accept A.I. in one sector the more traction it grows in another. Should A.I. just be used in prevention practices and in the medical field? How we got here won’t be solved by integrating A.I…For our neglect of technology isn’t the cause but the reason why it happened in the first place…
